(Minghui.org) Incorporating the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and five sets of exercises, Falun Dafa improves both mind and body. Over the past 30-plus years, the practice has brought enormous benefits to over 100 million people. The following is a collection of greetings from older practitioners, describing how Falun Dafa helps them keep young and healthy. 

One practitioner from Benxi City, Liaoning Province said he used to suffer from severe rheumatoid arthritis. With joint pain all over, he could not take care of himself. After he started practicing Falun Dafa over 20 years ago, he no longer needed any medication and has remained healthy since then. “My mother started practicing Dafa in 1998 and all her illnesses were also cured. Already 99, she does the exercises and listens to Master Li’s [the founder of Falun Dafa] audio lectures every day,” he wrote in his greeting. This practitioner said that more than ten people in his extended family practice Dafa and even those who do not practice are blessed for supporting Dafa practitioners. 

A practitioner in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province shared that she had never attended school, even for one day. “In the past 30 years, however, I learned to read all of the Falun Dafa books and I can even recite some articles,” she wrote. “When going out shopping, I often tell others that my good health and positive attitude are given by Dafa. Thank you, Master Li, for everything!”

A retiree from the taxation department in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province said that he started practicing Falun Dafa 26 years ago. “I am 89 now, but I am able to walk well. Because I look young, with fair skin, people often think I am only 70,” he wrote. “Dafa taught me to look within and improve myself instead of criticizing others. My entire family is now harmonious and my wife also began practicing Falun Dafa. We often talk about our experiences with others, helping them to know more about Dafa, so they can also receive blessings.”

A medical professional from Chengdu City, Sichuan Province said he used to have numerous illnesses. Neither Chinese medicine nor Western medicine could help. Seeing no other choice, he began to practice Falun Dafa and all of his diseases were gone within six months. “I want to thank compassionate Master Li for saving my life. I will study the Dafa teachings well, improve myself, and work with other practitioners to help save more people,” he wrote in his greeting. 

A 71-year-old practitioner from Tangshan City, Hebei Province, said she became unconscious and nearly comatose in September 2023. Family members sent her to a hospital for brain surgery. Upon regaining consciousness, she immediately recited the phrases, “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” Two weeks later, she recovered and returned home. 

“Doctors said that most patients with my condition would have died on the way to the hospital; the chance of survival and recovery like I experienced is less than 0.1%. I know this is a miracle from Falun Dafa,” wrote the practitioner. “Right now, my gray hair has turned dark again. I am able to go out again and talk to people about how great Dafa is and expose the ongoing persecution by the Chinese Communist Party. I will do even better in the New Year. Thank you, Master Li, for your compassion. I wish you a happy Chinese New Year!”
